No more clashes

Plan your set times — clashes flagged.

Add the acts you want to see by day, stage and time, and the moment two of them overlap, HolidayPal flags the clash — so you decide in advance instead of sprinting between stages and missing both.

Star your must-sees, tick off the ones you've caught, and save the site map to your phone so it's there with no signal.

The clash is the thing that ruins festivals

Every festival has that moment: two acts you love, same slot, opposite ends of the site. The people who get it right plan ahead — they rank their must-sees, map the stage times, and know which clash they're sacrificing before the day. HolidayPal turns that into a couple of taps: add the acts with their times and it flags every clash automatically, so you spend the weekend watching bands, not staring at a paper timetable working out if you can make it.

Everything that matters in a field with no signal

Festivals are the worst place for a data connection and the best place to need one. That's why HolidayPal loads your whole festival onto your phone: the set-times schedule, the saved stage map, your packing list and your tickets all work offline. Add it to your home screen and it's there whether you've got bars or not.

Pack right, and find your mates

A festival packing list is its own skill — wellies and a poncho for the mud, a power bank and head torch, wet wipes, a bum bag, ear plugs, cash for the stalls, and the whole tent setup if you're camping. HolidayPal starts you with a proper festival kit list to tick off. And because you always lose people, set a meet-up point and share the trip so the whole crew has the same plan.

Festival planning — common questions

What's the best app for planning a festival?

HolidayPal is built for it. Add the acts you want to see by day, stage and set time and it flags any clashes so you never miss a headliner. Save the site/stage map offline, keep a festival-specific packing list, set a meet-up point for your crew, and store your tickets and travel — all in one place.

How does the set-times planner work?

Add each act with its day, stage and start/end time. They're grouped by day and sorted by time, and any two acts that overlap get flagged as a clash — so you can decide in advance instead of finding out at the Park Stage. It's the Clashfinder idea, built into your trip.

Does it work with no signal in a field?

Yes. Once it's loaded, your schedule, the saved stage map, your packing list and tickets all work offline — which is exactly when you need them, in the middle of a field with no bars of signal.

Is there a festival packing list?

Yes — a proper festival kit list (wellies, power bank, head torch, wet wipes, bum bag, ear plugs, refillable bottle, cash…), and if it's a camping weekend it adds the tent, sleeping bag and mat. Tick items off as you pack.

Can I plan it with my mates?

Share the trip and everyone sees the same set-times plan, the meet-up point and the map on their own phone — so when you split up for different stages, you all know where and when to regroup.

What does it cost?

Free. Optional AI extras (who to see, survival tips) are a small one-off Trip Pass, no subscription.
