Refund & Cancellation Policy

HolidayPal Plus comes as one-off trip passes and yearly subscriptions. Here's how cancelling and refunds work.
Subscriptions (Plus Annual & Plus Family)
- Cancel anytime from your account → Manage plan. You keep Plus until the end of the period you've already paid for, then it stops renewing.
- We don't give partial refunds for the unused part of a subscription period once it's started.
- If you cancel within 14 days of first subscribing and haven't meaningfully used the Plus features, contact us for a full refund under your consumer cancellation rights.
One-off passes (Trip Pass & Group Pass)
- These unlock features for a single trip immediately. By buying, you ask us to provide that digital content right away.
- Because access is granted instantly, a pass is generally non-refundable once the unlocked features have been used.
- Bought one by mistake and not used it? Email us within 14 days and we'll sort a refund.
If something's wrong
If a Plus feature you paid for doesn't work as described, you're entitled to a repair or refund under the Consumer Rights Act. Just email support@holidaypal.travel and we'll put it right.
How to get a refund
Email support@holidaypal.travel from your account email with what you bought and when. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 working days.
