How much does a stag or hen do cost per person?+

When should we agree the budget?+
Before anything is booked. Set the per-head number first and choose the destination and length to fit it. Doing it the other way round means going back to ten people to ask for more money, and it quietly pushes out anyone for whom the weekend is already a stretch — who are rarely the people who say so in the group chat.
